Jacob Poelsch, my salesperson, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the trucks in which I was interested. He was extremely accommodating while working thru the deal and delivered the vehicle to my house while I was traveling. I talked with 4 different Ford dealers prior to purchase; Jacob made the difference.
