I bought a certified SUV BMW X3 28i with Mr. Jeremy Muniz. I can't thank him enough for the patience and his dedication to the dealership as the vehicle had issues - voltage issue which was turning the vehicle off completely once I was in a stop or traffic. He made sure that everything was remediated - new tires, new battery, new windshield, new back tail lights, sync retractable cover, 75K maintenance, detail, and new mass air flow valve. His attention to details and his customer service is highly appreciated. That's why I keep returning to Mullinax ford of Mobile. Our sales associate, Salomon Ramos was super nice, genuine and NOT high pressure. Mullinax has a pricing structure different than most dealerships, eliminating all that haggling. Mr. Ramos, worked with the technicians in the service department and allowed us to check the used vehicle thoroughly. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond. I purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford from out state. Blayde Gardner contacted me after an inquiry on their site. He was extremely helpful and the purchase process was the best I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I arrived after a two hour drive, most of the paperwork was done prior, my new vehicle was ready at the front, we had a short wait to go into finance and off we were.
